Who are we?
- Global is a dynamic personal development organization offering courses that
enhance your relationships with others and your understanding of yourself,
empowering you to create the life you desire. Our vision is to foster a
global attitude of cooperation, peace and unity.
Global courses are rooted in the Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler. The
leading idea is that the development of our character, or life style, is
through the attitude we adopted towards our childhood experiences.
Additionally, our lives involve addressing three social tasks: work, which
means contributing to the welfare of others, friendship, which embraces
social relationships with friends and relatives and love, which is the most
intimate union between two partners. The higher our social interest, or
cooperation with others, the greater the ease and satisfaction we derive
from life.
- Global has been in business for more than 30 years. During this time we have developed
effective tools that restore harmony to relationships and improve the fulfillment
students gain from their every-day experiences.
- Our courses provide learning experiences through a creative blend of stimulating ideas,
feedback, challenging experiences and empathetic support. The student community that
develops during each course teaches each other in deep and profound ways.

back in the future, to any center world-wide, to assist in the courses you have taken
and learn more for free. There is a wide range of course topics as well as coaching and
support materials available to expand and support your learning.

How effective are we?
- Over our thirty years of providing profound learning experiences, we consistently
generate great results and enthusiastic testimonials from fulfilled students. We use our
feedback to continually improve the quality of our courses and add new courses in
response to our clients desires and the changing times.
- We have graduated over 130,000 students in the US alone. Our networks of centers also
extend to Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union and we are expanding
our programs in Europe.
- Global Instructors are trained to hold five responsibilities when teaching:
- Cover all course materials in an eloquent, colorful and entertaining fashion.
- Ensure that what students hear and understand is consistent with what is actually
taught. - Deliver the workshop tools in such a way that the student can and does live what
has been taught after completing the training. - Be dedicated to the maintenance of the students learning by informing them of
the value and possibilities for ongoing development. - Encourage students to expand their social interest and cooperation with others to
increase the satisfaction they derive from life.
