US Attitudes  (USA™)

    USA™ is a hands-on course experience that teaches team creation and building as well
    as leadership skills through the development of your personal assets.
    The USA™ course focuses not on what you do but how you do it, allowing you to
    recognize your intrinsic value and how to utilize this intrinsic value while working on
    any type of team.  Through the process of the course, you will discover the delight and
    fulfillment of participating from an expanded perspective of “team”.

    Who is USA™ for?
    Teams are everywhere: families, couples, work groups, religious communities, sports
    teams—any place two or more people are working towards a common goal.  US
    Attitudes™ will improve the effectiveness of on-the-job working groups, enhance the
    harmony within the family and community and take teams to a heightened capacity to
    accomplish desires.  Anywhere you are a part of a team, US Attitudes™ will enable you
    to experience more joy, productivity and fluidity when collaborating with others.

    What is the main course content of USA™?
  • Discover ways you participate with others, as you are interacting on a team, that
    you may not have seen before. Realize more choices about the results you want
    by discovering how you are creating them being the way they are now.
  • Learn to be even more connected, relaxed, joyful and peaceful when working
    with others, as well as during tense or competitive situations.
  • Re-orient your attention towards the value you and others bring to the team and
    discover, through experience, the concept of “the whole is greater than the sum
    of the parts.”
  • Explore the value of the leading and supporting roles, through noticing how at
    different times we are each leaders and supporters and learning how to move
    fluidly between the two while maintaining genuine peace and joy.

    What are the “features” of USA™?  
  • Experience “The High Noon Challenge”, a culmination of the team member’s
    passions. During the course you will plan, execute, and complete a project.  
    Throughout you will have multiple opportunities to glean a deeper understanding
    about the concepts you learned during the instructional portion of the course.
  • Engage in a variety of exercises designed to deliver a tangible experience and
    provide a safe and powerful opportunity to reveal your unconscious beliefs and
    “hard-wired” responses to participating in a group.
  • After you take the USA™ course, you can return to assist a USA™ course, at
    any Global center around the world, for free, to continue your learning.

    What are the beneficial results of attending USA™?
  • With the skill of magnifying your assets and the assets and ideas of others, you
    will experience how fluidly any of your teams can accomplish extraordinary
    results.
  • Maintain your serenity and ability to stay unattached while reflecting, developing
    and creating with others.

    What are the logistical details of the USA™ course?
  • The course begins Friday night, and runs all day Saturday and Sunday.  
  • Two highly trained Instructors lead instruction, practice exercises, and
    interactive experiences. Course graduates serve as assistants to support you and
    your team.
  • In preparation for the course, you will fill out a Course Information Sheet that
    will aid the Instructor team in creating more detailed value to your course
    experience.
  • A workbook is provided at the course.
